Madden NFL 15 Player Likeness Update Available Now For PlayStation 4 and Xbox One

I'm really tired of EA sports period! I wish there were other football options available. 2K updates NBA2k15 daily with rating changes, and apparel changes. We can;t even get the real players faces in games, not to mention you cant edit the draft prospects from other teams, so you have to look at DB's wearing awful attire and lineman facemask. They never update any real material to the modes because they are competing against themselves. It's either buy their product or don't play a football gaming genre.. Some options!

A Total waste of time even making this, and by me downloading!1 I deleted my original CFM so I could play with the Jaguars and Blake Borltes real face, get to offline CFM to discover his created face still there. What a waste!

As stated before throughout the thread, the new face scans are there. They're just not seen under the editing menu in CFM but they are there when you play the game on the field (where it really matters). Read through the thread so you don't waste time getting upset over nothing.

Awesome update by EA. They also did some work on the player body types. Marshawn Lynch has some mass to him now.

Why would Madden ratings needed to be updated daily? They only play once a week in the NFL.

If a player can't make himself available to EA when they have the equipment around to capture them, it's not on EA to force them to do it.

Scanning ensures greater accuracy, but they don't have to have a direct scan to create a specific face.

They can use a face photo as a texture, or they can just model it from scratch; two techniques that are used regularly by EA/Tiburon (and the entire gaming industry at all levels) all the time.

Weird thing with Clay Matthews, his scan before the update looked waaaay closer to his actual face than the updated one.

I didn't pay any attention to the faces before, but the original Bucs and Brown players in the pic don't even look human.

I was wondering that when I start my offline CFM does the player likeness automaticaly install on my PS4 because I downloaded it from the PSN store and it says installed and was wondeing if there was anything else I needed to do

Just thought it would be dope if they would updated equipment. The cleats and gloves need updating.

Smh Why they only scan the well known talked about players for each team EA Sports and Madden been doing this since Ps2/Xbox days. I notice other sports games can get almost all the faces (FIFA, MLB The Show,UFC etc ) Imagine how a NFL 2k game would look on Ps4/Xbox One especially after seeing the graphics and tattoos on the Basketball players/Wrestlers on NBA 2k15&WWE2k15 that would be crazy

There are 1696 players in the NFL, (excluding practice squads) as opposed to 360-450 in the NBA depending on injuries and roster size. That obviously makes a huge difference in reference to accurate face scans.
