You know those sliders in the beginning when you start a MyLeagur. What does everyone set those to for a realistic NBA season?

For example, I want it to be impossible for stars to go to small market teams. If I play with the Sixers, even if I have the cap, I want sliders to make it difficult for LeBron to sign even if I tried.
