My stats were as follows (this was in Year 3 of my CFM)

Tenn (me)
Cousins - 21/35, 203 yards, 2 Tds, sacked once
Sanky - 21 att, 106 yards (5.0 avg)
Ingram - 7 att, 30 yards (4.3 avg)

Pitt
Big Ben - 24/33, 300 yards, 2 tds, 2 int, sacked 4 times
Bell - 17 att, 45 yards (2.6 avg)
Archer - 2 att, 8 yards (4 avg)

I fumbled once with Sanky and the CPU fumbled 4 times (losing 2)

Obviously, it too small of sample size, but my intail reaction is the CPU needs a boost in the run game and some help against fumbling. Although that game could have been a anomaly.

I don't really have a lot of free time to test these, but I would be interested to see what the game would play like with all gameplay sliders like (or close to) what Charter has them set to, but penalty sliders at default... then vice versa.
The CPU fumbled more because you raised fatigue. The game won't play the same with default penalties. The reason they are lowered it to eliminate the ratings boost they cause.

Anyone can change any slider to their liking but, don't expect the same results I'm getting.
