Just got Dimer a few games after the patch. If anyone is interested, these are the facts:

- second season PG, 25 games in
- 988 assists during "regular season games" and 262 assists during the playoffs as a rookie, for a total of 1,250 assists combined
- 85 turnovers total (regular season plus playoffs)
- the assists came in basically every variation: true passes in stride; alley oops; open 3's; contested shots; shots in transition; everything else
- Playmaking attribute is maxed out


So, in short, all you have to do is compile 1,250 assists during your career, including playoff games. Turnovers might account for something but 3:1 isn't very difficult, if that is still the lowest required ratio.

This. I've made 20% of my wide open shots since the patch, and my dunks always change to layups even if there is no one in the paint. I have to get a perfect release in order for me to make an outside shot. Last game I played I went 3 for 9. Those 3 made shots were perfect release, abut all 9 were wide open mid range/2 point shots. I don't shoot unless I'm wide open, but now I don't even want to shoot at all out of fear of missing...even though my ratings and badges and tendencies says I should excel at it. Zig Zag 3's seem to still work as well.

One game I was like 1-10 my shot was way off, but when I got in this morning I hit 1 out of 3 threes I was scared to shoot.

Pretty much. Idk how some people jack shots like it's a circus...with success. Side not, I just unlocked tenacious rebounder as a PG......my rebounding rating is on 25. Go figure.

This may sound ridiculous, but I can't hit the ocean today while it seems that the people in whose face I can get my hand in actually get a shooting boost from it. Just another beautiful day at the park.

It is difficult if you are playing one of the other 4 positions.

Oh yeah, and PG too, even more so depending how many touches you get and how you play. But I didn't mean it like that, that comment was more so directed toward anybody going for Dimer on rookie/casual or primarily playing for easy assists.

By the way, I just had 9 perfect releases with MJ's shot. I don't know if the whole green release thing for deadeye has been disproved yet but it seems like the patch increased the perfect shots you can take.

I got an A+ teamate grade shot 7/9 first game post patch. The strong will survive boys

My team mate grade is never an issue for me. Pre patch I averaged a B-, now I get nothing but A's. It's just my shooting that has seemed to suffer post patch even when I take the same wide open shots I always take. I found myself going in for a layup when I was open on the outside, just out of fear of missing.

Spoke to a kid on Twitter who said he made simply 10-12 contested per game for 50 games. Fouled out after 12 every game and got deadeye averaging 2-3 green releases
