I'm more upset that this patch 3 is essential to enjoying the game and they can't even give us an update. Like the star overlay that caused a hang, they knew it wasn't working from the release date but still released it and took money on the half complete game .

I dont believe it either...The didnt care about the servers being congested when the game went on sale

No real response from 2k or PSN. Wonder what the explanation will be.

Ubisoft for example will give every Assasins Creed Unity player the upcoming DLC for free as an excuse. Because the patch was released a week or two after the release.

This 2k patch situation just sucks

This is one of the main reasons I left Xbox 360. All last year I sat around waiting for a patch meanwhile I seen the next-gen users get multiple patches. Now I'm on next-gen and 2k is still playing games. Something has got to give man. If it isn't one thing with them, it's another.

It's really astonishing, frustrating and sad how 2K and PSN don't give a **** about us european players, the patch has been realeased over 3 days ago for american players meanwhile no one told us anything about the nonsense absurdly long delay, I mean you expect atleast 2K to tell you what went wrong, why, and when the patch can be realeased, even if it's "10 more days", hell, atleast somebody told me something, but no, nothing but silence, like nothing happened.
But again, I'm not surprised by this situation, but for sure this taught me what (not) to do next year.

Guys, do not treat MS support with any degree of authority.

They only have a partial understanding of anything asked of them.

I had problems with my XB1 last year, and I'd speak to 5 different MS support staff and get 5 different answers.

Yea MS support is pretty useless at times..

But you'd think that person could lose their job spreading false information...and 2K's answers have all been tip-toeing around the actual question. Just saying...speculating.

These workers aren't 'in the know'. It's a customer service role. They'll have charts in front of them expaining how to deal with customers.

Their role is to keep customers happy, not inform them.
