These workers aren't 'in the know'. It's a customer service role. They'll have charts in front of them expaining how to deal with customers.

Their role is to keep customers happy, not inform them.

But seriously though customer service everywhere is horrible, Ima start filing complaints on people who don't tell the truth.

how do i get the patch b/c i have to see it download yet. thought soon as i start it up would notify me to download. nope been like for a few days now.

I really believe its not something to do with MS but 2k. If MS was holding the patch back then the rest of the world on ps4 would have received the patch

The only thing I know is that we will wait the patch! We are talking about thatfor 3 days, but 2k will decide when release it to the others countries! This thing sucks but what we can do? nothing!

Im beging to think that maybe there was a coding error or something with the patch for the PC and Xbox. That microsoft found this error and told 2k fix this and then we will release it to are servers. And that this is why Microsoft is saying the 2k hasnt givin it to them becuase they havnt finished it yet.

I understand but OS is neither one and at this point we don't need running dialog everyday all day that you don't have it. It's still the actual patch thread

I think in general people want specific answers; remember how annoying it was when you were a kid asking your mom for something and she goes "we'll see" or "maybe"? lol, and Xbox getting patched "soon" is kinda that response.

It's gotten to the stage with the European patch where I just want an explanation tbh

The whole XB1 thing is kinda understandable with it being handled by Sony and MS separately but I would REALLY love to know why a patch that is released in the US can't be released at the same time (or at least within a couple of hours) in Europe.

Because I am absolutely clueless to why there's been a 4 day gap
