Re: NBA 2K15 PATCH #3 IMPRESSIONS THREAD

I think the patch is marvelous. Here are a few reasons why:

- The haircut updates to my player. The black folk really appreciate this - it was much needed. MUCH needed.
- I attempted to get a decent facescan. On only my 5th attempt - I got a near perfect one. Holy crap! I've hated the one I've had for the last 3 months. Praise the Lord.
- Fouls. Yes Please. Completely changes how you play the game when driving the lane and getting to the line is a viable strategy. I mean - I was actually in the bonus with more than 2 minutes to play *sheds tear*
- Speaking of changing gameplay - played a game where the CPU took 18 3 pointers (my sliders were adjusted). Even when I jacked up the sliders and played the Rockets - I couldn't get the CPU shooting that many before. THis is AWESOME now. And I don't feel so bad when I chuck up a ton myself (I really can't help myself - I toss up on average 30 per game. Don't judge me!!)
- The updated face scans for NBA players actually comes into your existing MyGM/MyCareer saves. NIIICE! [Best updated faces are Damian Lillard & LaMarcus Aldridge. The Clippers still have a gang of folk who need to report for scans ASAP]
- Passing better. Ball control is more "lively" (This is good). I've seen dribbles off legs, loose dribbles - in general the ball is less stuck to the handler.
- Shot Meter on Foul shots now. This is very welcome. I still clank more than I care to admit - but at least I can see where my timing is off.
- ...and OH MY GOD. The missing graphic overlays in between the action that the announcers reference. OH MY GOD. That kicks the presentation up 4 notches. WOW! Did not realize what I was missing on the PS4.

This is a great patch. I'm sorry all of the things some people wanted addressed were not. I'm sorry some think the devs are "lazy" But this patch is awesome and this guy appreciates the effort.
