    2015 NBA All Stars

Voting open now. So who are people voting for? Will you vote fairly, half biasedly, or maybe 100% bias voting? For me, I'm voting biasedly for the east, but fairly for the west.

    My Biased east voting:Lowry,DeRozan,Ross,Amir,JV

Who I would vote for if I voted fairly on east: Lebron,Gasol,Vucevic,Wall,Lowry

Who I'm voting for on west: Davis,Cousins,Aldridge,Harden,Curry.

West projected to win that matchup though(if it's the west team I chose vs the unbiased east team I mentioned)

I'm not locked on the west picks,so if others bring up reasons to vote for other guys,I'd consider it.

IMO you know it wont happen but a combo of either Harden and Curry and CP3 deserve to start at the backcourt for the West and if not for injuries im sure you could've made the case for RWB as well.

Well, since the fans get to vote, we already know that Kobe is a lock to start. So realistically, that leaves those three to fight for the other guard spot. Someone really good is gonna get snubbed this year.
Jeremy Lin will also probably end up top 10 in voting again lol

I'm fine the the whole fan voting thing, but I wish it was only part of the process. They need a voting panel as well, where maybe the fan vote is only used for close or tied votes..

Let's say Lowry and Wall finished super close in voting amongst the voting panel, but the fan vote was in large favor of Lowry. Then Lowry earns the starting spot.

Give the fan vote like 25% or something along those lines.. Large enough where it actually makes a difference, yet small enough that if nobody on the voting panel picks Kobe he won't earn a spot.. (Just using Kobe as the example).

            Re: 2015 NBA All Stars

Just casted my vote. Since it is fan voting, I might as well be a little bias lol

West: Marc Gasol, AD, KD, Kobe, Curry
East: Pau Gasol, CB, LeBron, D-Wade, Wall

I wanted to see Pau and Marc battle it out. Plus I wanted to bring the band back together (ala the Big 3) haha

But if we're talking about who deserves it so far, then I'll say the following:
West: Marc, AD, Aldridge, Harden, Curry
East: Pau, Millsap, LeBron, Wall, Lowry

However I still prefer my 'fan vote' selection purely for entertainment purposes :P

I really hope the West don't start two power forwards, I didn't like it back when KG played the 3 and won't like it if it happens again either.. Should be Durant anyways

As weird as it is to think about it, I really wonder if Brandon Knight has a chance at making it to the all star game this year. Around 18 points, 5-6 assists and 5 rebounds a game on 45-40-90 shooting. Doesn't pass the eye test as an all star but he's got some solid numbers.

                      SG: Harden

That's funny but you have to admit that the numbers those 3 are putting up this year (ESPN has them as the top 3 players under 25 in the NBA) would deserve an All Star spot...given they continue to produce at the same level.

For my money I'm taking Michael Carter-Williams as a long shot over Brandon Knight. Williams is averaging 16-7-8 vs knight's 18-5-5. But that's only if you throw winning pct. out the window.
