Re: My 1st Badge (List Your MyPlayer Badges)
Hahaha, thanks, maybe I do this in my second season as a PF.
Got Post Lockdown Defender and Defensive Anchor for him today.
But he starts boring me in My Park so I decided I start a third career with my dream shooter revisited. I'm an addict.

Re: My 1st Badge (List Your MyPlayer Badges)
That's kinda how it was for me too. Every time I made a player, I used him in the Park or Rec and found something I could have done better, or wanted to do differently. Eventually it turned into a very long and drawn out mission to have the best possible player in each category of positions (guard, forward, center).
After it was all said and done, I only play with my PG, and occasionally my C if we need a big.. Kinda funny considering I spent so much time on my SF and he's technically my best player. Just too tall and awkward for me, unless I'm playing in the post, but then I'd rather just use the ole center.Comment

Re: My 1st Badge (List Your MyPlayer Badges)
It's a good feeling isn't it?
Acrobat was actually one of my favorites when I got it, just because of how hard I tried and how many f'in shots I missed simply because I would jack up every dunk and layup. Even more so than deadeye. Deadeye is up there too but by the time I got it is knew I was finally doing the right thing, and it didn't take long at all once I figured it out. I spent at least a season on acrobat before beastmodepoboy told me reverse layups work (pre-patch)..Comment

Re: My 1st Badge (List Your MyPlayer Badges)
Are reverse layups the only way to get acrobat? Does going for the dunk and switching to the layup work as well? or changing the layup?
I'm asking this cause I absolutely cannot get any reverse layups and that seems like the easier way.Comment

Re: My 1st Badge (List Your MyPlayer Badges)
Woof, just finished up a game and the 2k servers look like they went down. Game got stuck trying to save my VC to the serve and with the loading circle spinning.
I'll be pissed if I lost my VC, but i'll be even more furious if I lost a badge!
I heard how bad 2k's server's were before I got this game, but experiencing it first hand is something else.
If you're going to have cloud based saves on servers, try not to have such crappy servers.Go Yankees
Go Rangers
Go Giants

Re: My 1st Badge (List Your MyPlayer Badges)
I feel the same way about my SG. I made him 6'9", he feels awkward at times to me but he's a maxed out player with 59 badges. I don't wanna give up on him. And my shot has been money. But I'm a big man at heart. I spent years as a big man racking up boards and put back points from selfish, crappy guards bad shots. So I decided to go guard this year because I was tired of selfish guards. I miss being a big man though. But years being a big man has made me an excellent rebounding guard and I know how to set up centers and PFs.That's kinda how it was for me too. Every time I made a player, I used him in the Park or Rec and found something I could have done better, or wanted to do differently. yeah it is. and I already love it. first park game and you can see that this badge is golden. esp now with dunking not as powerful as before. It's a good feeling isn't it?

i did both but i think reverse is the best way to get it.
try to set pro stick orientation to absolute and just go baseline and flick the right stick towards the sideline you started from.Comment

They are God awful. I will never for the life of me understand why career mode needs a 2k server connection. It should allow you to convert whatever offline currency you make into VC.Woof, just finished up a game and the 2k servers look like they went down. Game got stuck trying to save my VC to the serve and with the loading circle spinning.

Re: My 1st Badge (List Your MyPlayer Badges)
I have a question for those with deadeye. Did you guys get it with LD2K shot or with some other jumper? Obviously you can get all those perfect releases with LD2K shot, but i believe it doesnt have that contested animation. Ive been using MJ's shot and im not sure if i should start using LD2KComment
