If you actually square up to pass, instead of go away from the direction of the pass, you can sing them. Use flashy pass too.

maybe because the game had issues last year...duh. Or maybe because some of the same issues are still in the game. The game is better then last year but I also lost total control of using my players. Everyone has complaints and if we all listened to you things would never be fixed and 2K would end up in the position Live is now. Some of us know what basketball should play and look like.

Don't know what this patch did but I've been called for traveling more in one game then I have been since this game came out.

On top of this my MyPlayers ball handling has been atrocious. Turned the ball over 10 times in one game since the patch (previous high was 4 from getting it swatted by defenders).

But Larry Sanders having goggles or MCW having a little fro, doesn't that have to do with just the roster update or is that REALLY conformation of having the patch?

I do but excuse my dumb questions right now lol I'm a little frustrated because I had no luck getting prompted to DL the patch last night & this afternoon before I left to work. I'm hoping that by the time I get home, I'll be able to finally DL it.

Since the new "Update" (I say update in quotes because 2k always messes something else up when they do that). I can not change ANYTHING on my MyPlayer. If you change anything once you start the game it reverts back to how it was before the patch.

Everything on offense is sluggish and slow, and is now even harder to stay in from of your man on defense (for me at least). Oh and the CPU now knocks down 3's like it's lay ups, contested or not.

I play live for that reason... I have both games but I play live for the control, however it doesn't look as good as 2k animation wise. Graphically to me its a toss up or player by player basis. I just want one of these games that has that perfect sense of control and good animations... I guess I'm living in dream world

When did this thread become a "this is why me and 200 other people actually plays Live" discussion? Funny how that seems to happen every time someone wants to grouse about something in the game. I play Live too. It has a ****load of its own problems playing defense as well. But this isn't the place to discuss those, is it?
