What a Joke. EA Sports NHL team is incompitent.

So I updated the rosters by myself to start my Oilers Franchise on here... I made all the moves such as Roy, Fraser, and klinkhammer to the Oilers. I've started my franchise and I guess this is partially my fault for not checking but I know who my top prospects are, Marincin, Klefbom, Nurse, and Pitlick. So I was in November 2014 and I was exploring trade options. I happened to notice that HALF MY AHL TEAM WAS GONE. Including all the top prospects. So I'm thinking I screwed up when I was updating rosters. I looked through Free Agency, didn't find them. I looked through all the other teams rosters, didn't find any. So I went back to the main menu loaded up my roster. I checked the main roster, yes there were the players I manually moved, Roy, Fraser, and Klinkhammer. I checked the AHL roster for the Barons. Wanna guess who is all there? YES ALL THE PLAYERS MISSING FROM MY AHL TEAM IN GM MODE. This is clearly on EA. I've had nothing but bad experiences from EA NHL for the past couple years. I loved the game for a long time but for a guy who has bought every game since 2002, I have to say this game has taken major steps back every years since about NHL 12. Everything from the game play to the menu screens are getting worse and worse. This is ridiculous. I'm trading 15 in and I now don't intend on buying 16. Give your head a shake EA or pull it out of your ***, whichever one works. They need to stop only caring about the money and maybe figure out that the loyal players really just want a decent game. What a waste of $70.

I'm not entirely sure about it, but i know with some of the rookies, if they're still ECHL eligible, they go there instead of the AHL.

That said, 15 appears to be a complete mess, and unless you play HUT religiously, it doesn't appear that many are happy with their experience.

I'm not entirely sure about it, but i know with some of the rookies, if they're still ECHL eligible, they go there instead of the AHL.

That said, 15 appears to be a complete mess, and unless you play HUT religiously, it doesn't appear that many are happy with their experience.

If they went back to the dub or OHL, or even the Q they still show up on your "In the system" roster. None were there.

I play HUT sort of. More casually than anything.

I thought that might be the problem.
I remember my issue was always going getting sent down by the computer that i didn't realize were in the juniors, and not being able to get them back.

Sadly, it seems the best advice for NHL15 is "Enjoy it if you can, but realize it's incredibly broken, and EA doesn't seem too intent on fixing it." which is one of the most depressing things to type out, especially in regards to a series that used to be so great.

I really hope they fix NHL15, but given their past history, i don't expect much from them. I didn't pick it up this year once i saw all that was missing, and remembering how EA has handled their tuners and patches in the past.

Yeah it's unfortunate. I've been playing a ton of GTA/FC4 lately anyways. I'm going to pick up a PS4 this weekend to do an MLB 14 The Show Franchise.

But this year they were matched against Time Warner Cable in the opening round and lost. Interestingly, Comcast was voted the worst company in America last April and they are merging with TWC.

For NHL 16, please remember NHL 13, 14 and 15 (in New generation - X1 and PS4), how EA disappointed us.

Do not take the EA bait. Read OS forum first before buying.

I wouldn't put much thought there. I actually initially came into the thread to close it because of the title alone but the actual content of the post and ensuing thread has been civil.

While you are correct, I haven't played much of the game, there are some mods that really have enjoyed the game.
