We got to get this game back, is a Petition in order?

Ok so i know 2 things. 1 I really want a new college basketball game. 2 a lot of you want a new college game. So how about we make a petition and send it to EA or 2k Sports.

I am willing to make the petition so if anyone likes this idea like this post and comment what you think.

So I have a couple of ideas and i will share them now!

Idea 1: The company to make the game makes it with REAL Colleges, Conferences, Tournaments, Courts, ETC. But they make EVERY PLAYER look different than they do in real life with different player numbers.

Idea 2: The company DOES NOT call it College Basketball. They make the SAME amount of custom teams that are in the NCAA and they are in conferences, have tournaments, about 28-33 games like a real college team would, recruiting, and it would have FULL CUSTOMIZATION from players, team names, conferences, tournament names, recruits, etc.

Idea 2 is better. Just put in a logo editor/manager/creater.

yeah i like idea 2 a little better because if a team gets a new court or new jerseys we would be able to update it. like who ever makes the game wouldnt even need to make the game multiple years. they could test the market to see how well it does and if it doesnt do well then what ever, we would have a game that we can keep updating with good graphics.

Even though i still play CH2K8 (coincidently i'm playing it as i type this lol) and enjoy it a lot. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint.

Why can't they just have all the numbers, height & weight randomized and leave the information (such as age, hometown, accessories and name etc..) blank that way theres no likeliness

I like idea #2. Just give me the basic game mechanics and a sweet custom editor for players, coaches, courts, etc.. and I'll be a happy guy. Think "The Golf Club for Basketball".

As for the donate thing, I'm not sure a sports game would do well in a Kickstarter-type scenario. Just my thoughts...

Not ever going to happen especially with ongoiing lawsuits

the lawsuits were just for players so if the company were to buy rights for REAL Colleges, Conferences, Tournaments, Courts, ETC. then they would be fine.
