Has anyone found one in the rookie drafts? 75+ SPD, 80+ ACC, 80+ STR? Other helpful, but upgradeable attributes, such as 80+ RBK/IBK, 80+ TRK, receiving skills, carrying? Any Fasts or Stars?

I've been able to get fullbacks who get to 90+ within a season, but not the ratings you're looking at. I just want a blocker who can get 20 catches a season sneaking out of the backfield on play action plays....and he's usually the third read on those.
I look primarily for IBK, then RBK, then STR, AWR. Those are the attributes I upgrade first and only look at catching and carrying later. -

I found a 80 spd, 82 str, 83 trk, 80 cth, 77 pbk, 64 rbk FB with fast dev in the 6th in my online CCM. Quickly got his RBK in the 80's, now it's 92 in his 2nd season. Even with Christine Michael, he's my short yardage and 3rd down back due to his 77 pbk and 80 cth. As a rookie he had 126 yards and 9 TD on 31 att, to go with 10 catches, 100 yards and 2 TD's, he doubles as my 2nd TE too so he plays a H-back roll for me. And since most peple don't use FB's much he easily made the PB. And I have 2 FB's since I use pistol full house at times. Thanks, Godgers, very encouraging. I'll check out Far FB Dive, although I'm not sure there's a better short yardage play than 01 Trap...
