As if playing against a stacked team of gem-level CPU players while having to use a bunch of scrubs wasn't enough, I have to see that wiener Ronnie's smug smile and terrible tie after each attempt

Protip 2K: "upping the difficulty" by messing with sliders that make the ball teleport into the CPU's hands even though you get credit for the rebound, make us miss wide open fastbreak layups and wide open jumpers is not a good or fun way to do so

The reward is pretty ridiculous and so are the restrictions. I just cheesed the challenge by having durant at pg with morrow, wilson chandler and demmare carole and jon leur.

Cheap challenge means cheap tactics to win.

What are these guys thinking with these challenges? Put together some interesting teams to play against instead of the top players at each position. 3 silvers versus that lineup is not fun its just frustrating. Its definitely not worth the frustration for 3k MT. I'm afraid these guys just don't have any idea what most of the community wants. One challenge a week and this is what we get? Am I alone in thinking this way?

The challenge was glitched most of the day yesterday and you could use any lineup you wanted but I guess they patched it.

The real point of that was to screenshot it and tweet it to Ronnie for a .0000002% chance that he would reward you.

Yeah i completely agree. They are basically crack dealers. I have spent a ton of money on this game but i am done and i may not even buy this game next year because it can consume your life.

Unfortunately there will always b people that r willing to spend hundreds of $s on this game and most will get crap. Coz da odds r really low. U could spend hundreds of dallrs on this game and nvr pull some1 good or u could open 1 pack and pull a legend. (Fortunately the latter happened 2 me and i got Clyde on my 1st ever pack opened, opened bout 4 more since then and got all poo players or dupes.)

Not being "naive" as you put it. I just wondered if other people felt the same as I do. I have said all along that VC drives everything 2K is doing. I wouldn't be as upset with the lack of MT reward if the challenges were fun and interesting. So many options and they throw all time greats in every other challenge. Very frustrating as this mode has so much potential.

I wish I wouldve known that. I wouldve used an unrestricted. I played it once and lost because I used a team that wasnt that great and tried to play real basketball. In the 2nd quarter I went on a 22-2 run and I was up by like 19 at one point. 2nd half I couldnt buy a shot and prob only scored about 15 points. Got blown out by almost 30.

I was gonna play it again and just cheese and win. I hate these types of challenges where you cant play real ball and win. I didnt think the reward was that bad, I just didnt know what roster they would have, now I know so I will go back and kill em by spamming 3's and one on one ball.

This challenge is set on pro difficulty. If it takes you multiple tries to beat this challenge you simply have to get better at the game. It must be hard you guys to win without the LeBron's, KD's and Curry's. 3k reward for this challenge is appropriate.
2k said they're taking feedback for community challenges. Yet to see a thread with ideas instead threads like this pops up with ppl crying about restrictions and rewards.

This is the feedback people are giving. No one wants to play a challenge that rewards only 3000mt. Thats not enough to even purchase a onyx or runy pack. Its not fair to say everyone should grind 6000mt to open one of those packs just to get a bronze or silver player.

Sure that's great feedback. 3k for a game is more than appropriate. Don't know why you're expecting to make enough to buy a pack form one game. I don't and didn't say I agree with 2k on everything.

Well in the perspective of non mt farmers and people who purchase vc. Its not easy to grind 12000mt every week. Some of us are still in school or work and just dont have time or want to spend money on vc.

It sucks when onyx packs only last a day and the odds of getting anything good out of those packs are low. So 3000mt a challenge means you still have to play a ton of games to get mt just to open 2 packs that usually net u a bronze or silver.

It isn't easy and shouldn't be easy to get ONXY cards. These are some of the best cards in the game we're talking about. They should be rare. 3k can get you a really good card. Kyrie, Wall, Gasol, d will, etc can all be had for under 3k.
