Anyone uses THE NORTH here for myleague? I am going to start one soon and would like to hear the team that you guys have? What players did you guys get and get rid of?

I replaced all of the Raptors players with 5'5" midget sharpshooters.

They're not very good!

In my third season with them in MyLeague.

The starting five is;

G: Jeremy Lin,
G: DeMar DeRozan
F: Gordon Hayward
F: Amir Johnson
C: Jonas Valanciunas

Reggie Jackson is our sixth man.

I liked Lowry a lot but he regressed quite a lot when I got into my third season.

We're currently the 5th seed in the East. I play every second home game (All Star Sim) and simulate the rest.

I'm hoping to get a better defender in the back court.

I just got the game this weekend (I know, I know), so I'm only eight games in.

I was very underwhelmed with Amir Johnson and Vasquez, so I dealt them both (along with a first rounder) for Kevin Love.

My starting five is Lowry, Derozan, J. Johnson, Love, and Valanciunas. Lou and Ross are my first two off the bench. Won three straight since the trade.

Hayward averages 20, 4, and 4 with almost 40% three point shooting and a steal and a half a game. He's also an above average defender on the perimeter.

How is he not good? Lol. He'd be a perfect complimentary player to a slasher like Demar.

Lin is very average but I didn't have many options. Lowry went from being a little pitbull to being a grandad in one offseason.

I had an opportunity to get Curry but that isn't realistic to me at all so I didn't do it.

And Hayward is a great player, what are you talking about? He's a very good defender for his position and as someone else says he's a great fit next to DeRozan. He's significantly better than James Johnson lmao.

I'm essentially building around DeMar at this point but like I said in my initial post I wanted a more defensive minded point guard. I'm targeting Bledsoe and Jrue.

The offer was Curry and Barnes for Jackson, Amir and a first. I don't see how that's realistic in the slightest. I was trying to keep it sort of realistic at least.

And he did live in Toronto briefly but I've never heard him claiming any attachment to it. He lived in a few places while his dad was playing.

If I was Charlotte then it would make sense.

The issue I had was less about the location and more about the actual offer. Golden State were giving up way more talent than I was. It was such a lopsided trade I couldn't bring myself to do it.

Yeaa Amir is kinda...mehh in the game but Vasquez is great, hes tall, long and can pop the three ball!
