Wow guys. I know bragging rights are a thing, but this is a little over board. I'm not a mod, but I am of the opinion you should hash out your personal beef via private messages.

The jumpshot claims are ludicrous. I believe you need to look at it this way: when you go to shoot a jumper, the command tells the game to roll a die. Let's say it's a 60 sided die for sake of argument.

It looks at the result in terms of: if the Random number is between say 25 and 60, it's a make. Below 25 is a miss. It takes into account multiple things yo determine this(Defensive Pressure, jump shot rating, release. And even mechanics) to determine and define what numbers constitute a "Make" and what constitutes a "Miss". Sometimes the die just doesn't go your way. I've had days where I seem like I could chuck that ball full court every shot and drain it. There's days I can't hit to save my life. This is just how the die rolls. Just because you have maxed out 3s, with a boost, and all of the badges it does not EVER mean you're guaranteed to make a shot. It means the game will give you every possible benefit it can, but it guarantees nothing.

There's not a shooter alive that hits every shot. Even the best don't usually average a high %. So that silly argument that the shooting for the ballers got nerfed because you can't hit a shot is preposterous. The reason the flyer dude hit it your grill is that he just happened to land a lucky roll. If he hit multiple times, he should go to the casino, because luck is on his side.

I admit there were some sketchy weeks, but absolutely not for the reasons you guys keep arguing about and ruining threads over.

As a day 1 flyer, I'm happy we won, and I feel like we deserved it after struggling and putting the work in. Would it have mattered if we didnt? Nope. Old town is the best looking park IMO. The sunset lens flare bothers me, and rivet city reminds me too much of my old school yards. I just hope the new court is unique, and not just one of the others with a paint job.

I still don't really feel this affiliation stuff. I'm glad the team I chose won and I am day one, but admittedly would have joined the rough riders if most of my friends wasn't apart of the Flyers. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see how people are arguing on here and Twitter. I really don't feel like a squad or feel like I am really at competition with the others.

I'm feeling ya. I'm a Flyer since day one and are excited for the new park, but if it wasn't for the crown, I would become a Rough Rider right away. I'm always cheering for the underdog.

This is a really good idea. Allow us to go to one open Park and play with whoever on our team. No affiliations, just 'Got Next' and go.
