Fake Pitch/Pitch lag (ps3)

I'm not sure if this topic belongs on this tread. I apologize if it doesn't.

I just recently bought Madden 15 (ps3). Since playing the game solo and online, this fake pitch/pitch animation happens randomly. Even when I just dont press the R2 acceleration button...or anything at all. It's cost me numerous online games especially during the fourth quarter. Being ahead 14+. Losing by 7 or less.

Has anyone experienced this problem? and how can this be fixed. It's frustrating!
Happens On different game disks also.

It's the controller you are using. This used to happen to me on Madden '13 when my controller started to get a little wear and tear on it.
