i've got a question about year to year saves

i have a franchise started with the red sox so when i get mlb 15 will the new licensed gear be in the game, or will I have to restart the franchise to get all the new gear and stuff like that

It'll be in the game, but you'll have to go in and change it manually though. New equipment doesn't transfer over.

so i would have to go through each individual player in my franchise and put the gear on, or how will that work?

Yes, that is how it will work . You go in and manually update the equipment for individual players. That's the only way to do it unless somehow between now and release SCEA can find a way to have the equipment automatically show up in year to year saves. As of now though you have to change in manually.

started but never finished the first year of my fantasy draft franchise last year - if i choose to continue that with the show15 where will new fully licensed players be found? free agency? on their respective real life teams?

also - derek jeter for example has yet to retire so with that being said will he still appear with a scanned face?

If you continue with 15 the roster will be the same you used in 14, (you continue where you left off). If Jeter is still on your roster when you continue your franchise in 15 he'll have the same scan he has in 14.
