4.) Try throwing throwing shorter routes more often. These can still create big plays with some frequency with good YAC. When the ball isn't in the air as long the defense has less time to get to it.

5.) Teach yourself to let go of the left stick entirely. A lot of new players will hold back on the left stick and drop back for an eternity every play. When you do that, you throw off your back foot, which causes inaccurate passes.
