Roster update info

I started the process of trying to find out from EA when a roster update would be out. Their twitter feed and forum never responds... The chat support couldn't answer "when" and politely disconnected. I then chose the "call me" option

An english speaking gentleman called me immediately, put me on hold, and said the roster update should be out by March 10th and possibly sooner. They are working on ratings too

**I believe EA is well aware that they need to have roster editing/sharing in place like they have in Madden, this is taken from the brief chat me and buddy had after he told me about the roster update timetable

If your concern had been HUT related they might have cared.

The rosters are a joke! Playing online with these rosters sucks.

It can't take long to move a player involved in a trade. 8 days after the deadline is ridiculous.

I really dont think their worrying about a roster share at this point as their busy just getting all modes back in the game .


I thought last year they got a trade deadline roster out by a Friday or Monday of the same week ?

or you could do like me and my friends do and take 5-10 minutes and make the moves

Draft picks and retained salary make a difference when you're in GM mode.

I thought last year they got a trade deadline roster out by a Friday or Monday of the same week ?

This game better not be the same as NHL 14, just on the PS4. I won't be getting it then. It's been 2 years. They should have everything from 14 and more. Instead, they went backwards.

UPDATE : The hawks roster looked really good then I checked Goalies and no Darling ? I mean Raanta is on the block and done as a Hawk ?
Anyone see any other errors

I was right roster was out pretty quick Friday of the same week and hopefully its pretty accurate ! Thanks EA NHL

Oh SM they dont even have in game slider save and loads are always messed up were you have to enter your sliders manually when you wanna play a mode lol and you think they will add a roster share ?
Knowing how EA NHL works that has to be very low on the list of things to do IF its even on the list but I do hope we get one as I never say never as we got them to eventually add all the game modes 14 had and that took us 3 or 4 years on the EA sight .

For example, Devan Dubnyk has undoubtedly saved the Wild's season and has been playing LIGHTS OUT for 2 months now yet is STILL the same rating as Kuemper and Backstrom, neither of whom could stop a beach ball if it hit them in the logo on their chest.

I normally like how the Mlb The Show breaks down ratings based on the last three years but in rare cases like Devan yeah it should be slightly addressed as the NHL is quite different than MLB and EA NHL is way off on how they rate most goalies IMO.



I mean I cant tell you how many times especially in MLB everyone wants untested rookies/prospects in the 90s ratings and a year later after the league learns them there in the minors so i think all those things balance out over time.
