Joe Montana 16 Franchise Mode Wishlist

So we're not sure what Joe Montana 16 is just yet, but the lead developer (Damon Grow) has tweeted that "we like to say Franchise is the "Soul" of our product..."

So, what would you like to see in JM16 Franchise Mode if it has an NFL license?

What would you like to see in JM16 Franchise Mode if it doesn't have an NFL license?

There's another thread for debating what JM16 is/will be, so let's keep this one set on Franchise Mode Wishlist, please

Take Madden 06. Put it in JMF16.

Re: Joe Montana 16 Franchise Mode Wishlist

Whether it is an NFL game or a generic game, I want to see another game preparation system like 2k5 had. Having to delegate time to different position groups, having them go hard with conditioning or putting the QBs in the film room for hours. Only thing I would say is make it not so tedious, and maybe a tiny bit easier for a newcomer to understand. I struggled with it the first time I played 2k5.

        To start:

-Formation specific substitutions that stick from week to week.
-Contracts with multiple types of bonuses, as well as backloading/frontloading.
-An actual combine you can attend and participate in with a created character.
-Position specific depth charts, not just WR as a whole. X, Y, Z; LCB, RCB
-Gameplan specific defender to cover specific offensive player for attribute bonuses that help that week.
        -Practice squad
        -Scheme-specific ratings
        -Editable draft classes
-Ability to use whatever names you want, with separate banks of audio for first and last names that you can choose from if the spelling is unique.

Those all apply to both scenarios.

        Unlicensed:

-Ability to create a league anywhere from 12-36 fully customizable teams.
-53-58 man roster, 7-12 man practice squad(65 total spots/more practice gains possible for ps players), and semi pro leagues you can follow players stats in with ability to sign players that are scorching hot.

We're not going to do this yet. Let's wait until something more than conjecture comes out to start a wishlist thread.
