I just dont understand why it says "you entered it wrong" when it's 100% correct typed in. Rather just get the "all gone"

Got him for the second time, PD's are super easy to get if you know what you're doing.

I didn't think I was going to get him because I made three typos while entering the code. But somehow I still got it entered in time.

PD Durant is the only locker code card I don't have now.

But looking at PD Melo's attributes/badges, I feel like the regular Diamond Durant that you get as a collection reward may be a better option at forward. Diamond Durant has better shooting ratings (especially at the free throw line) and he isn't burdened with the annoying "volume shooter" badge.

I just got him as well. Probably have to sell Hondo now and start Melo or Durant at the 2. I could never start Hondo anyway as everybody puts SFs at SG and he's too short to deal with them. What badges do you put on Melo? I added Posterizer, Limitless Range, Corner Specialist, Per. Lockdown D so far. Lob City Finisher, Interceptor, and Bruiser all seem pretty attractive.

People should be striking the pink diamond codes. They keep giving us packs with downgraded players that people are paying money for, but they wanna give guaranteed better rated players for people that type in a code the fastest. Makes no sense.

Pink Diamonds normally run out 10-20 seconds after release. There are thousands of people trying to get them at once.

What badges do you put on Melo? I added Posterizer, Limitless Range, Corner Specialist, Per. Lockdown D so far. Lob City Finisher, Interceptor, and Bruiser all seem pretty attractive.

Sounds good. I won't be playing him at the 4, so no need for Post Lockdown D for me. Pick Dodger is also very interesting and underrated. I'll go with Lob City Finisher and leave the last spot open for now.

Thanks for saying what everyone's thinking. Another disturbing thing is that they are releasing players with god like attributes for which a variety of suitable and expensive options already exist. For example, Karl Malone had his gold, his sapphire (identical to the gold), his sapphire reward (nearly identical to the gold), and his ruby (best of all with higher rebounding, hustle), and then they give away a PD that is 100x better than any of his previous versions and arguably the best PF and one of the top cards in the game FOR FREE.

PD Melo is one of the few cards that scares me because it takes no talent to use, just like ruby Klay. It enables lesser players to stay in games and forces you to alter your defense and offense (to eliminate the fast break undefended 3 cheese). At least if I'm going up against a PD Shaq I'll know that it's unlikely that my opponent has mastered his dropstep game and will destroy me in the post.

PD Isiah Thomas is going to be pretty much worthless unless they jack up his outside shooting ratings to unrealistically high levels.

Unfortunately, it's just a bad idea to use a 6'1" 180 pound PG in this mode and make your primary on-ball defender a defensively liability on the inside when he can't even compensate on the offensive end with some nice outside shooting like Iverson, Paul, Irving, Curry, Lillard, and some of the other smaller guards can.

Most people just use their PG to drive straight into the paint on ever possession. So maybe PD Isiah might be good for stopping the guys who just dribble back and forth behind the three point line until they get your defender out of position, but that's about it. I say "might be good," because I have Ruby Gary Payton with 99 on-ball defense, and he still can't stay in front of guys who abuse that method of creating open jump shots.
