Pre-Order Stubs never showed up

I received my pre order packs earlier but I never got my stubs. I rebooted the game to make sure it wasn't a bug or anything but they still aren't there. I have the physical version so I don't think its the same problem as the downloadable version. Anybody else having this issue?

Yea same here...got the packs but don't have the stubs. I have the physical copy...

You have to go to The Show Shop in the game to redeem them.

For me, I went into the show shop to buy stubs and under all the stubs it said something like "for price" and under the 12k option it said "for use" and i clicked that to redeem my stubs.

not for me... says for price click on it than goes to store for 9.99

I got the physical copy and have the same issue. Got the 12k in stubs and the dynamic theme downloads, but no 15 packs. (Thought) I saw a message in game saying it would be available after midnight. Did get the 6 free packs for pre-order ok though.

How do I get the bonus digital content from my Anniversary Edition?

If you have pre-ordered the anniversary edition, you will have to go back into the PlayStation® Store and select the MLB 15 The Show Anniversary Edition product again to entitle yourself to the items that are included. Once you have the items entitled, you can load MLB 15 The Show and you should be prompted a message, offering to go redeem your items. That message should take you to the Show Shop > Purchase or Redeem screen. There you should see your Stubs and Packs to redeem and apply to your account. Packs can be opened in the Pack Management screen.
