Formation issues in OD

So this happened in my OD. The user reset the game and they still did it. He tried to super sim and the game froze. Anyone ever seen this before? Or know how to fix it?

This was My game, it was very strange.. They just ran around in that huddled mess until the play clock hit 0... Both times when I tried to sim their possession, the ps3 hard froze

The team he's playing is using a custom PB. I'm assuming it must've been used by a former user.

Have someone join the OD as the glitchy team and change their PBs to default PBs. He can then leave the OD so the team will be CPU controlled again.

Problem solved.

I'll try this. Thank you. I'm not sure if it used to be a user team, most likely though that is the cause if you've seen this before.

It is not always a user team, but a user coach that had a custom PB that left. I have seen the issue in '13 and '14.

He will have to sim from the schedule screen

We fixed it, think the commish changed the playbook back to default

Yep that's what I did
