Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
So no thoughts? I really wanted to know with this new directional hitting if a lot of people are using it or if they are using zone instead. -

Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
In the past what difficulty did you play on and what are you playing on now?
Most years I have been all star with sliders to make hitting easier but last year I was almost good enough for HOF has last year was easier to hit. This year DD so I don't know what I am going to get up to yet has I am not locked in yet.Comment

Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
Yeah I have normally been around 1 whole skill level above hitting when it comes to pitching. Most years I have been a all star pitching maybe even HOF compared to all star hitting and more close to veteran hitting. If I where to guess once I get to a good skill level for DD and lock it in I think I am going to be All star+ pitching and all star hitting.Comment

Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
Is there because If you play with analog directional but don't use the left stick it is the same has last years timing.Comment

Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
I have always done zone and will keep it that way this year. I have always enjoyed hall of fame difficulty but I'm thinking bout moving it up to legand. Hitting .500 in road to the show through 20 games just doesn't seem realistic. In my online league we will play all star because we have some newer people.Comment

Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
Yup, you can do timing/directional with buttons or analog, you can do zone with buttons or analog or you can do pure analog which is just like the old pure analog minus the stride.Comment

Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
Yeah but if you do analog with directional how is that any different then just pure analog then if you are not using the left stick for directional then that would be the extract same has pure analog.Comment

Re: Directional vs zone buttons or analog?
Yeah but if you are using directional but not using the left stick then you are not influence any thing so then it is the same thing. What do you mean swinging to where the pitch is? With pure analog are you do is flick or push the stick up that it.Comment
