After missing last year do to personal reasons, I wanted to announce with great joy, am back and have already begun work on my 2015 Head Coach Update.
Currently I have ALL Head, Coaches, Offensive Cord. and Defensive Cords in place and updated.
Every other position coach was filled where possible and those that couldnt were randomly created.
Since the coaches play such an important part in this game, I have spent countless hours updating them.
Every coach will have the same ability to be progressed and be upgraded like the Created Coach.
That means no more restrictions on abilities for every coach in the game.
Every coach will start with the Job Status of "Doing a Great Job" except for a select few.
Coaches for the Pats, Hawks, Cards to name a few will be set on "Unbelievable" and few like the Jags, Giants, Redskins will be set at "Doing OK".
No coach will start the season on "The Hot Seat"
By not having any coach start on "The Hot Seat" this should lower the number of coaching changes at the end of season one.
Every coach with a new team will start on "Doing a Great Job" as to prevent them from being fired after season 1.
Im hoping this allows new coaches the time to build their teams. If not further adjustments can be made.
Playbooks have been adjusted, but I feel this is an area that is gonna need major input from you, the fans of this game.
I am looking for as much feed back to playbooks as possible. I want to create the best possible update this year. So please give thoughts and input.
I have adjusted all team philosophies to match those of the Head Coach.
I found in my research every team was set to the same default setting for philosophies.
Every team was set to Moblie QB, Work Horse HB and such.
I have matched each teams philosophies to its coaching staff.
I have not tested this but my hope is CPU teams will make depth chart adjustments, free agent signings and drafts based on these new philosophies.
In game play calling has been set appropriately.
Head Coaches who call their own plays will do so.
Those that allow their Cords to call plays will do so.
OC and DC have been updated and created with the same detail as the Head Coaches.
I'll continue to work on this daily and will continue to post updates as I go.

However there is no roster attached to the file.
What this mean is you CAN NOT use this in "Coach Now". It will freeze.
Start a new career.
You then have 2 choice.
1- Start a new career using Current Roster.
Doing this will fill the roster for every team with randomly created players. This is actually a fun way to see how your team building skill really are. As there are no superstars to start it forces your ability to build your team from the bottom up.
2- Start a career and load a prior saved roster or the default roster that is included with the game.
This will allow those that wish to test the file and provide feedback to do so.
Roster update itself will come at a later date.
For now enjoy and again feedback on playbooks would be greatly appreciated.
