Re: DD Created Player
Yes! Thank you for this thread, just came here to post same thing.
Sometimes it saves, but it might actually get reset after you feed your player new cards and change his overall. Anyone else experience this?
If this is the case then I will just bench him until he is 99, then let him rip.Comment

Re: DD Created Player
They probably will patch this. I was wondering the same thing and noticed they save the hot and cold zones though which is kinda eh IMO. Considering you probably had your created player in your lineup before he actually got good, as mine is now 99 overall with excellent hitting stats (99 contact for both as well as 95 power) yet has the most cold zones of any batter on my squad. But despite this , I love playing my player at SS as it gives me the most flexibility when trying to utilize him and surround him with a better supporting castComment

Re: DD Created Player
^^^^ False. Catcher by far is the best place. Best arm by a mile and best batting stats by far over any catcher in the game. Tulo at SS is just as good as any DD player.Comment

Re: DD Created Player
I chuckled at that too. "false" lol..
Note: Catchers with a good arm are a dime a dozen. To me it's a waste having my DD player as a catcher.
He's way more involved at SS or in the OF. Not to mention he has 98 fielding etc.. Way better suited as a shortstop and I think most people use him there or in the OF. But this may be "false" though.Comment

Yea, either SS or CF I think is the way to go when it comes to that. I'm glad I pretty much maxed out my dd player, only need a few more points to power, base running, and bunting, and I'm good
