Hybrid is mandatory for me. Between the mind boggling speed and defense ratings which seem to be picked at random out of a hat and the equally confusing pitch types given to some players there's just too much wrong with the stock rosters. Especially in a Franchise when things like that can completely ruin the immersion. I realize the wait for the Hybrid is a little longer but it well worth it IMO.
