Re: Project Cars Now Available
The replay system is AWESOME. Love all the camera angles. Some pics from my rain race. A lot of modes, a lot of cars, pretty deep looking career mode.

Re: Project Cars Now Available
Been watching a lot of streams, especially since it released on Steam yesterday. I don't know if I'm trying to talk myself out of it, but the more I watch the less I'm impressed with it. Could also be the quality of the streamer I'm watching, not sure. May just stick with the other racing game for now since it really has almost everything I need. Really wanted to race the ovals like Indy and Daytona, but that is DLC later on.
EDIT - also feel the AI looks races pretty dumb. Drive Club's AI is awful too, seems like Forza is the only one to get this right recently with their Drivitars.Last edited by ExtremeGamer; 05-07-2015, 05:27 AM.Comment

Re: Project Cars Now Available
DL'ing on Steam as I type this. Got a PS4 over the One so I have no Forza. I miss playing racing games. I don't have my G25 anymore, but I'll try and pick one(or a G27) up sometime this year. I'll just stick with a controller for now.
I've just really been craving a racing game since I bought my PS4 and didn't feel like going back to the 360 for FM4. Should be done here soon, I'll post some impressions when I get the chance.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Project Cars Now Available
Did a 15 lap race with the karts last night. With some shoddy driving and difficulty on 50 I was able to win by about 5 seconds. Definitely going to increase.
In the 5 lap sprint race I was randomly chosen to start 5th and finished 5th.
I also tried racing the Louts 98T at Monaco in heavy rain, with no success. Couldn't make it past the 1st corner.

Re: Project Cars Now Available
Only played around for a little bit. Drove the Lancer or the Ring. Didn't do all 13 miles, just a little bit. Felt really good. I did lose control once and hit the wall.
Started a career and could not control the kart to save my life(using a PS4 controller with everything off). Hopefully tonight, or sometime this weekend I can get in some solid time. The game was a lot of fun for the short amount of time I played it. It's beautiful maxed out. I don't know if I'll keep everything at ultra because a couple times I dipped to 48ish when a wreck happened with the karts and it was a little obvious, but other than that it was smooth 60 and was great.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Project Cars Now Available
As far as visuals go, this game looks outstanding.
