    Bigger HR's?

Anyone else wanna see The Show add longer home runs? Realistically of course. For example, if Jose Altuve is hitting I think 370-400 ft hr are accurate for him. However if Giancarlo Stanton and Jose Bautista are hitting I'd like to see some big homeruns. Like 450-490 ft hr's. Of course every one shouldn't be like that but every now and than let them get a hold of one. In real life players are hitting estimated 460+ bombs every other week. Just a thought!

Yepp its possible to hit them that far. I dont think there is any limit to how far a ball will travel.

You talking about an HR distance player attribute that you can edit? I've always wanted that; it'd be cool. There are guys (like Juan Francisco) who don't hit many home runs but the few they hit are bombs.

I think they got it about right the way it is. Maybe just a few more long HR's, but only a few. I see enough of them as it is. I know when Stanton hits them against me they all go into orbit I think.

Well I play on HOF and I use the Blue Jays so I'm loaded with 90+ power guys and the farthest I've hit through the all star game is 420 no one has hit one far off of me either. I would like to see them add a further distance.

They don't need to add a further distance since they don't have a limit to how far it will go.

On last year's game I tested that out by doing a ton of home run derby's with guys like Stanton, Bautista, Edwin, etc. It seems to top out at 499 feet even on that mode.

Even apart from just distances, there seems to be not enough variable trajectories. There are a lot of parts of stadiums where you should be able to hit homers but it seems like you can't because you'll either hit a line drive homer that goes far but low, or a really high arcing homer that doesn't go very far, you rarely ever see one that goes high and far, which are needed to reach a lot of the 2nd and 3rd decks where people hit homers in real life but seem to be unreachable in the game.

I want to be able to hit a homer like this at Yankee Stadium:

Unfortunately I don't think it's even possible from a physics standpoint in this game.

Well unfortunately we can't inject are players with the kind of stuff he was using to hit the ball that far.

Unless you count the attribute boosts from equipment that make your stats go over 99.

I think the homerun distances are perfect visually. I've hit a few bombs with guys you'd expect but most others are just a few rows in as it should be.
