This just begs the question, Why is baseball of all sports games converting to this numerical rating crap in the first place. We shouldn't be doing this argument over Kluber imo, I just want to play not decipher this overall rating formula which can change month to month nearly.

I honestly felt this was an honest rating of Kluber. One more year of top-tier pitching and he will be 93-95 but I don't know if he exceeds that.

He was certainly stellar last night and made the Cardinals look really, really bad but just like it takes more than one year to arrive at a rating in this game it also takes more than one game to convince us that he is back to his Cy Young form.

his first 3 games of the season were good. we scored 0 and 2 runs in two of his losses and then blew the save for him in the other game.

While he pitched poorly in his next 4 games, we scored 0, 2, 2, and 3 runs for him in those games before he left.

Last night we scored 2 again.

Why did the Indians pull Kluber when he had a chance at history? He had only thrown 115 pitches I think.

ERA doesnt mean much when you got the Indians defense behind you.

His lob pct and babip will regress to the mean and his ERA will be fine.
