About this dynasty

Coaches
The NC State unrestricted warfare dynasty is a Athletic Director type of dynasty. Head Coaches can move on to greener fields, be fired by boosters (when the game fires them), or I can walk them to the door. Either way, over the course of the dynasty, there will always be a user head coach.

Play calling
Plays are called to challenge the talent of my team, not to "out coach" the cpu. For example, I call passing plays such that my #1 or #2 WR are the primary targets, and the others are just check downs, so no slot seams passes (TE posts and an occasional TE seam are allowed). Also, I will only call around 8ish defensive plays, all calls based on cpu formation, that pails in comparison to what I call against a human player. I love defense, love confusing offenses, in my online dynasty they used to call me the defensive guru... But to me there is no fun in strategizing against the ai. So if you watch my games on youtube, before you get on me about play calls, realize the play calling is set up because I have found those plays are good if I have the talent, and not so good is I don't have the talent.

This dynasty will end in a 32 team March Madness style tournament. Why? Because people in real life won't stop complaining, and therefore with my bad sense of humor I have decided to give people what they never asked for... And besides, I loved playing in these tournaments in college hoops 2k8, and think it will be a lot of fun doing it in football.

Every playoff game I am not a part of, will be played cpu vs cpu... And yes sitting and watching 31 games makes for good motivation to make the playoffs.

I hate EA sims

Because of this, at the beginning of each season I pick 8-12 teams and consider them Teams to Watch. Theses teams cannot take an EA sim loss. If they lose an EA sim, the week gets reloaded, they get put on Upset Alert And the game is played as a cpu vs cpu game. If two Teams to Watch, play each other, then that game is a Spotlight Game. Spotlight games will be cpu vs cpu games.

Before the season all players, that meet the criteria below are edited, accept those that are on my team. This enables the true college football feel of having men compete against boys, and increases difficulty without much slider manipulation.... Although due to the limitations of the program, I still don't have exactly what I want.

Due to program restrictions, rating must be capped at 127

All players with an OVR > 95 (except QB, TE, K, P) +30 speed, agility, and acceleration, stamina is set at 120
All players with an 95 > OVR > 90 (except QB, TE, k, P) +10 speed, agility, and acceleration, stamina is set at 120

QB Tac > 99, +30 tac, awareness, and all WRs on the their team get +40 strength, catching, spectacular, route running, jumping, release.

HB Any strength > 79, +40 strength, break tackle, trucking, stiff arm.
All HB with an OVR > 95 get, +40 elusiveness, spin, juke, ball carrier vision

FB Any strength > 79, +40 strength, break tackle, trucking, stiff arm.
All FB with an OVR > 95 get, +40 elusiveness, spin, juke, ball carrier vision

WR All WR with an OVR > 95 , +40 strength, catching, spectacular, route running, jumping, release
Any strength > 65, +40 strength, break tackle, trucking, stiff arm.

O-line All with an OVR > 90, +40 strength, pass blocking, run blocking, footwork, pass strength, run blocking, footwork, strength, impact blocking


DT, DE All with an OVR > 95, +40 strength, tackling, hit power, power, finesse, block shedding, pursuit, play recognition
All with an OVR > 95 , +20 strength, tackle, hit power

Teams With > A- for offense or defense, that respected side of the ball will be played on Heisman

Teams With < C for offense or defense, that respected side of the ball will be played on Varsity, and let the stats pile up!

Sliders
Reserved... currently straight 50 except for user TAC 35, tackling 35, INT 5 and KAC 35
