Hi I downloaded your v2 rosters when they came out and started a online franchise. For some reason it seems like the yankees/payroll and budget is messed up. It seems like the budget is almost 50% less then other teams. We did a fantasy draft and at this point the yankees are the only team with cap/payroll issues and at this point they won't be able to resign anyone in the offseason. I think the payroll is around $40 Million with $7 available. Other teams obviously have a budget 2-3 times this. Any help is appreciated
