FIFA 14 VS 15 for the casual player?

Not a huge soccer fan but i love sports games.
which one is the better choice in terms of presentation/career mode?

the deep gameplay features arent as important cause i know not much about soccer, i just want a nice presentation package, a good franchise mode and FUN factor.

is the cheaper 14 a better choice or is it better to pay more for 15?

    thanks guys

So I believe even with the price being lower I would choose FIFA 15 for the things you're looking for. In addition, if you have EA Access and an Xbox One you can get FIFA 15 for free now.

I know you said you're not a huge soccer fan, but if you're a huge fan of presentation then 15 is definitely the way to go as it features authentic Barclays Premier League presentation.

Yeah 15 has the superior presentation, no doubt.

Problem is, the BPL presentation is so good, it makes all other leagues just seem blegh, which--is fine if you're a BPL guy (like myself), but when trying to do something different (i.e. Barca for fun), it just makes that presentation quite stale.

Good topic. Casual soccer fan here. Picked up FIFA 15 tonight. Any recommendations for game settings/sliders? I've played FIFA on the Vita (really well-done for a handheld) and 2014 World Cup on the 360. There no sliders for the Vita game and with WC, I just played on the second-easiest mode with assisted controls.

One thing I would recommend is to give full manual controls a try, even if you have to set the difficulty to Beginner. The learning curve is a bit steep, but once you get over the hump you are rewarded with a much more organic game of football.

The Premier League presentation is glorious! Crowds look great and their reactions to big moments and more specifically, goals, is top-notch.

Playing on Professional with assisted controls. Looking forward to playing some more.

I second this. It's worth a shot, and if it doesn't stick that's cool but it's special if it works out and you feel good with it.

Going and learning full manual is a must. Really adds a lot of value and depth to the gameplay.

Well, sounds like this is my next step with the game.

Which team in the premier league has the best defense and goal keeper? I'm not that skillful in FIFA 15 so I heavily rely heavily on defense.

Excellent tip on setting everything on manual. I am learning the control buttons and skill moves.
