Unbelievable that they gave Dellavedova a fvcking 85 overall. A player who had a PER of an 8.5 this season gets a ridiculous upgrade after a few good games? Mike Stauffer should be fired for ruining these ratings time and time again. I will say that Leonard is a pretty good 3 point shooter, he shot 42% from the 3 this season. Averaged 2 attempts per game in 15 minutes, IDK if that constitutes a 92, but he should be rated pretty high.

JR's shot IQ is wayyyyyy too high haha. Please let him be under 10k tho... I need that emerald because 2k never gave the former 6th man of the year an onyx.

I agree with you 100%, but without Delly I doubt that 2k would have been bothered to put out more emeralds. Delly has been selling tons of merchandise lately, and the parent company must have told the development team to get up and make them some money while they can.

Paul Pierce has a 96 standing three pointer...these ratings just get more and more ridiculous with each new set of cards that 2K releases.

Ruby Klay Thompson (97), Gold Glen Rice (96), Silver Steve Kerr (97), and Ruby Kyle Korver (99) shouldn't have the same outside shooting capabilities as any kind of Paul Pierce card.

                    Re: New Emeralds later today

Emerald Playoff players were rated based on their playoff performance. Not what they would be rated in the the official roster which weighs in much more of the whole season's performance

Paul Pierce for example was 33/63 from 3 Shooting 52% in the playoffs and was assisted on 97% of those threes

What about ruby dunkers with 99 speed & quick. Even Blake and Dawkins got max speed and quickness

Those new guys are super rare. There are just 2 JRs and 2 Dellavedovas online in the PS4 AH for around 100-400k. I picked up the only Carroll for 20k. Nice thing is that the new guys are already badged up.

                          Re: New Emeralds later today

I've said this before and i'll say it again, it would be great if in 2k16 there were multiple rttp ladders:

                          - unrestricted
                          - restricted
                          - unrestricted, no gems (except possibly onyx and emerald i suppose, if they're realistic)
                          - restricted, no gems (" ")

Or simply better matchmaking so you face similar teams (ratings wise), then you'd only need two rttp ladders --> "gems" and "no gems". Especially pink diamonds and rubies help ruin this mode.

Even if that was the case how can you justify Dellavedova's ranking? His playoff PER is an 8.2, he has a true shooting percentage of .499%, and his defensive rating is 108. How is he an 85 overall?? You lost all integrity with these ratings, they aren't even close to realistic at all. As another poster said, having blake Griffin and Dawkins have 99 speed and quickness? How is that fun? It ruins this game

they changed the way they rated players to appease the masses. They started rating players based on statistical evidence then once they got called out for releasing gem cards that were identical to their basic gold cards they completely scrapped that and started giving out completely asinine ratings.

its obvious they had no idea what they are doing and didnt think this out.
