Live action football game? Football game with ambulance & stretchers?

Question re: two different football games from back in the 90s.

One was a live-action -- i think -- and first person -- i think -- football game where you basically called the plays and a scene would play out. I remember calling a pass and seeing the field from the QBs perspective and then the live action arm would throw the ball. NOT first person mode in the 2k games.

The other was a Genesis-era game where injuries would cause an ambulance to come out (and I think stretchers would load your player into the ambulance and take the player away).

Any idea on either?

The original joe montana football on genesis had the guys carry you off on a stretcher. I believe it was the first game to tout injuries and when I first saw one, I was ecstatic it was in the game after believing it was cut out

quarterback attack was the first person one, was super scripted though

Bought an expensive computer back in 1989, then purchased a live action football game, where you called the plays and the result would be shown as a "clip". I only got this info from the box, because the game required 8 MEGS of RAM (I think) and my $1800 computer did not have it!!!
