Any ideas on how to do a UAB rebuilding dynasty?

First, you'd need to start off with some kind of roster that has most players transferred away from UAB.

Then you'd need to sim through the 2015 season since they will not be playing (I think maybe a way to do this is to make a bunch of terrible seniors that will play this non-existent season and then graduate)

And then you'd want to bring in more than 25 recruits in the first season...

Any thoughts on how to make this work well? I guess this is more of a roster issue than anything.

Change everyone on the roster to seniors. Then sim the games and just do recruiting. You'll start the next season with your 25 scholarship players you recruited and the rest will be walk ons around 50~ overall. But you have to put recruiting limitations on yourself otherwise you can easily recruit 15+ 4* and 5* guys because of the available playing time they'll have the next season (because everyone on your roster is a senior)
