Re: NCAA Football 14: 2015-16 Roster Update (PS3)
impact player for nebraska
1. Tommy armstrong
2. De'mornay Pierson el instead of Jordan Westerkamp
3. Maliek Collins
I chose Pierson el instead of westerkamp cause pierson el has had the bigger impact out of the two. was 2nd team all american last year plus freshman all american. won the top punt returner award last year. Just better all around stats. he was also named to the paul hornung award watch list.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 14: 2015-16 Roster Update (PS3)
Just a heads up to the other editors, BossHawgzGoinHam was able to count up the players on each team using the editing program and we have some teams that are above or below 69. In the next few days, I'll double-check the count and place a note on the first post indicating if player(s) need to be added or removed from each team. Having the player count below 69 will not be enough to remove a team from the Completed Teams list but more than 69 will (it can cause severe freezing issues with RTG mode).Teams Edited: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Oregon, Purdue, Rutgers, & WisconsinComment

DUPLICATE NUMBERS NEEDED
WR LaQuvionte Gonzalez #6
SS Bazie Bates IV #24
PUNCTUATION NEEDED
RE Ben Goodman Jr.
IMPACT PLAYERS
HB De'Andre Mann
RE Ben Goodman Jr.
LE T.J. Semke
I didn't touch any ratings, but here are my suggestions if you all do...
QB Montell Cozart - 74 (currently 78) - He's been pretty terrible. Lost the starting job last year. Only starting this year due to Cummings' injury, and he actually might get beat out by FR Ryan Willis.
QB Michael Cummings - 76 (currently 70) - He's easily the best QB on the roster (unless one of the FR develops quick). He took over as starter about halfway through last season and played pretty well.
HB Taylor Cox - 74 (currently 69) - He gets plenty of carries and actually put up some alright numbers before a season-ending injury last year. Figures to be in the mix to start this year.
WR Tre' Parmalee - 79 (currently 84) - Probably the best WR eligible to play this year but no way he deserves an 84.
LG Junior Visinia - 73 (currently 70) - Started three games last year as a FR and will be in the mix to start this year.
RT - Larry Mazyck - 82 (currently 87) - He's a good player, but he's not THAT good.
LE Anthony Olobia - 74 (currently 77) - Although he's been impressive at practice, he hasn't played a snap in D1 and doesn't deserve a better rating than T.J. Semke.
LE T.J. Semke - 77 (currently 74) - I believe he started every game last year and was possibly the best DL on the team outside of Ben Goodman Jr. He will start. I'm essentially just switching Semke's and Olobia's ratings with these two moves.
RE Damani Mosby - 75 (currently 84) - Not sure what he's done to deserve an 84. Like Olobia, he's been impressive at practice but hasn't played a snap of D1 ball.
RE Ben Goodman Jr. - 83 (currently 78) - Easily the team's best DL and probably the best player on the whole team (not saying too much, admittedly).
CB Matthew Boateng - 74 (currently 66) He's the best returning CB on the team after playing really well his FR year. Will most likely be the #1 heading into the season.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 14: 2015-16 Roster Update (PS3)
You were a part of the team last year and you're welcome to be a part of the team this year. You're free to make rating changes. I didn't originally edit Kansas but Mayzyck was rated an 87 because he made Phil Steele's 3rd Big XII team.Teams Edited: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Oregon, Purdue, Rutgers, & WisconsinComment

Re: NCAA Football 14: 2015-16 Roster Update (PS3)
We need to do away with upperclassmen rating scales completely for the fall updates. I thought it would work, and I understand that it's easier for a lot of our editors for a spring roster, but we're just having more discrepancies than I originally thought ...doesn't work for me.
We still should keep these All-Conference teams in mind when rating, but not let it solely dictate ratings.
But if I'm overruled, I'll suck it up and make the changes on my own.Last edited by thesportsguru11; 07-07-2015, 08:24 PM.Check out We have a football team too..Guru's UConn Huskies in Dynasty HQ!

Re: NCAA Football 14: 2015-16 Roster Update (PS3)
Ohio State
#6 QB/WR (You will see why down below) Torrance Gibson
Appears (still speculation) he is in the process of moving to WR for atleast his freshman season due to the crowded QB room (obviously). I think it may be wise to move him over to WR for now, but he won't get too much playing time there either, so his rating should probably be somewhere around 75-78, although his speed will probably need a boost as I believe its only around an 82 as of right now.

Re: NCAA Football 14: 2015-16 Roster Update (PS3)
i am starting to agree, i got some Miami players rated based off the Phil Steele scale we have but i am not going to just go back and fix it and rate them the way i think, for example, i have Chad Thomas a DE for Miami who didn't start but played but didn't have an impact but based off the chart he would be and 87We need to do away with upperclassmen rating scales completely for the fall updates. Usually his Midseason and Postseason lists are much better than the Preseason lists. Perhaps we should remove the upperclassman scale for now and revisit the issue when he releases his Midseason list?i am starting to agree, i got some Miami players rated based off the Phil Steele scale we have but i am not going to just go back and fix it and rate them the way i think, for example, i have Chad Thomas a DE for Miami who didn't start but played but didn't have an impact but based off the chart he would be and 87Teams Edited: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Oregon, Purdue, Rutgers, & WisconsinComment
