Madden 08 on PC?

I remember reading somewhere that there was a pretty active community for this game, complete with updated rosters/mods/etc. Can someone point in the right direction for those? As well as somewhere that I can get the game for relatively cheap?

I'm thinking because 2K hasn't made the effort to meet them on wanting to get it done. I mean exclusively means only one or only the one that is willing to pay what's asked for the license

Amazon has it digitally for $9.99 (thats where I got mine) and someone already linked to football idiot. I play manage only franchise mode and have a blast with it. I just wish there was a way to use Broadcast Camera ala NFL Head Coach.
