Season 2 Week 3

Idaho vs Western Michigan should be the best game of the week. Look for this one to be a shootout.

USA vs UAB. USA is looking for a better performance than last year where they were shutout vs UAB. Not sure is USA will have enough defense to slow them down some, but USA will complete more than a handful of passes this time around.

JLHutch brought his Western Michigan Broncos into Moscow Idaho making making trouble for the Vandals and would not leave quietly. When all said and done, Idaho was relieved to getaway with a 6 pt win in OT.

Idaho threw two picks early on and ended the first qtr losing 6-0, giving up two FGs. W.Mich was blowing thru every single PA attempt we tried and sacking us. This continued thru the entire game. On replay, I was able to see that the W.Mich DE was just running right over any of my intended blockers. My QB never had a chance on those play calls. Hats off to the W. Mich Def. for really shutting that part of my game down.

Both teams switched RBs for the 2nd half.. and for Idaho, it was the key to the game. Our true FR / RB Derick Watkins somehow got over 100 yds rushing. It didn't FEEL like it during the game... but looking back, his consistent running kept the ball moving for us and allowed us to stay a step ahead.

That said.. western mich came flying back to tie the game 3 separate time. all very quick drives and I am sure if Idaho didn't score in their own possessions... we would have lost this game.

GG man. I really enjoy playing these 1 star games. Adjusting on the fly is required and really gives the games more strategy and entertainment.

Was a fun game.. That DE had around 12 tackles and 3 sacks in week 1 too I think..
