I really wish they would make some sort of "Wager match" for MyTeam where you put up MT or a Card and it's winner takes all (both things have to be of equal value).

Lol would be a lovely idea but 2k would just take 30% of that in taxes lol..

I hope the load times are improved because as of 2K15 - with the career tied to online, and the dodgy 2k server situation that always seems to break every other patch, really sucked.

I wouldn't mind the taxes. A wager game mode will give us a legit way to earn MT by actually playing the game. Weekly challenges for 2k - 4k isn't going to cut it. This year the might increase the payouts for weekly challenges but playing the CPU gets boring quick. Would've liked to see more online modes. 3v3 blacktop mode............meh.

Honestly this was always a turnoff about myteam.. I just want to be able to play the mode without sinking lots of my own personal money into it.

If that means beating people in wagers, i'll take it. There just needs to be a way to get MyTeam points without VC etc.

ahhhh the GREATNESS of competition!!!! I will be getting both NBA games this year and enjoy how they are pushing each other to be better. NBA 2k16 sounds loaded with modes to play (and I pray the 2k servers hold up) and Live 16 is improved and the Live team is hot on 2k's trail.


....if only the NFL would smarten up and drop this exclusive license...

This has never ever happened before!

I mean this feature was always available in past 2K versions but it was never initiated by the CPU. Users would have to propose the trade and 90% of the time, the CPU would reject the trade unless it was completely lob-sided in favor of the CPU. It was as hard as trading for LeBron or Durant.

On the MyGM/MyLeague (hopefully) front the Advanced Team Building, Staff Carousel and 2K Hoops Summit have me intrigued.

I'm hoping the advanced team building has something to do with teams being in certain modes (Title Contender, Playoff Contender, Rebuilding, etc) and make moves accordingly. Title contenders go all in while rebuilding clubs focus on developing young players and acquiring draft picks. I hope it's dynamic, too. Eventually, the 76ers are gonna be contenting for the playoffs. They should make moves then like spend on free agents or trade some of those picks for a goo player.

I'm hoping the staff carousel includes other staff members like trainers and such as well as assistant and head coaches. Make like College Hoops was. They should matter too. If I bring in Mike D'antoni as my coach, he should bring his playbook and play style with him. Even trade for and go after players that fit his scheme more. Like an athletic center over a slow low post type. I would also like to see stuff like my coaches coaching record and how many rings (if any) he has. Have commentary about it...


I don't have the slightest clue what 2K Hoops Summit is. I was thinking something along the lines of College Hoops' ABL circuit, but that wouldn't make sense for pro players. IDK, I'm just ready for more info on the game and MyGM/MyLeague in particular.

I want to see if MyGM/MyLeague will have unguaranteed/partial guaranteed contracts with dates they have to be cut or their salary will be fully guaranteed(putting team options on guys with N.G./P.G. Salaries have to go), correct NBA minimum salaries and guys more willing to take them, also need the inclusion of Early Termination Options, as well as TPEs and the numerous exceptions in free agency. Glad to hear about 3 team deals, hopefully we get more than 4 slots per team to make trades(8 is a good number) and having the ability to put protection on picks and trading during the offseason.

I think they should only give amnesty clauses to the teams that haven't used theirs and only can amnesty certain players. In 2K15 MyLeague, I made a 2013/14 roster. When the offseason comes, Stat always opts in so the Knicks at the Draft just trade him in a salary dump to clear room. I've also seen him and Bargs traded for a lottery pick at the Draft too. I wish someone made a 2014 Draft Class for 2K15 though so I won't have to use 2015 prospects.
