Like the title states, is there a legend that should be in the game every year?

I think Hogan, Rock, and Stone Cold should be in every year.

Shawn Michaels (1997)
Bret Hart (1996)

Those are my elite four. There are plenty more that should/will be included YoY, but those are the ones that I enjoy having most.
