Alright ill upload it after i wake up for sure.

Here are the instructions i found if people want to do it themselves.

to get the legends make 3 players 2 with the same name 1 with another put one of them on a team then dont play the bigs 2 for the rest of the day then the next day go to trade player then go to other stats then keep going down until u see legends put them on a team then save the roster

here it is.
use modio to replace a roster file on a usb with the file in the zip.
the legends are spread out across a bunch of different teams so organize to your liking.

and im still pissed clemente got 3 star power and 5 star contact but they gave jackie robinson 4 power and legendary contact

it's very arcadie but you can make your own roster.

I might have to check this out. I really like the first game and I bought this game on the cheap a while back but haven't popped it in.
