It's called a free market, and it's powered by supply and demand. Prices are that high because people are willing to pay them.

I should go online and sell my collection. I don't play DD so I've been waiting for this.

Will Clark and some other legends are selling really high because there are some people who glitched the game, got millions and millions of stubs and are now selling them to people. To do that they have to buy out every car for a player below the buyer's care.

I did notice yesterday that at one point seager was down to around 1500 stubs and I was gonna wait for that to drop since he had just droppd to silver. I checked again before going to bed and he was up over 10k. Someone for some reason bought a **** ton of him

Its not just cards the equipment prices have been going nuts . The other day the deception cleats were 199K right now I'm looking at the franklin player classic batting gloves sitting at 25K. Virtual bats for 10 Mil ? WTF man this is a kids game stuff should be affordable for everyone ! I paid what , 89 bucks for the game now if I want a virtual bat I have to mortgage my house ? Not cool

It's all about supply and demand. The Patriotic and camo gear was only available in packs that are now gone. And it is the best gear in the game, which causes a high demand for it. Hell if I had the stubs to buy it all I would. And there is a limited supply because people do not want to sell this gear because they are using it in DD or RTTS. So that's why the prices for that type of equipment is so high.

Hell if I had the stubs to buy it all I would. And there is a limited supply because people do not want to sell this gear because they are using it in DD or RTTS. So that's why the prices for that type of equipment is so high.

The mentioned items aside from the 10 mil bats were regular gear, right now I'm looking at a 20K hunter Pence something is going on earlier Goldscmidt was 150 K hell David Robinson is sitting at 75 K

Someone figured out some glitch that allowed them to mine millions of stubs. This game is a mess. Hopefully they learn from this experience and make next year's better. They sold us a beta version of a game.

They could step in and fix the mess but I think it serves them to leave it be, more stub sales . Bad for us good for them

Besides banning these players, how this possible? And you can't permaban everyone with over a million stubs because some of them could've gotten lucky and had their cards bought by these guys.

If it's true that people are glitching to get the stubs, then they are artificially raising the prices. I would imagine that SDS would NOT want this because:

1. People are getting stubs quickly for free, which is stealing from SDS

2. There is a market of people who aren't buying more stubs legally anymore due to the inflation of prices and the decreased perceived value of said stubs

If it is true and people are getting stubbs illegally, then I hope SDS deals with it both for the consumers sake and their own. In the meantime, I'm just glad I took advantage when I had the chance and sold most of my card collection.

They can limit the number of the same card you buy, its not an issue of how many stubs you have its buying out a player or gear and making it unaffordable for guys like me . I got in on CCs late and have no clue how to "get lucky". I did learn how to work he market but now that's all screwed up because there's no gaps in between the buy now and sell now . Ehh I'll just work with what I have or liquidate and go back to RTTS

The easiest way to get "lucky" is to just post random free agents for around 50k stubs. You never know when it is going to happen but some who knows the "stub glitch" could buy it. For example, I've had a George Kottaras card up for sale for 50k since July 31st and just sold it tonight.
