Now that everyone will start over in a system that isn't an open market, how do you think it will run? Will players go extinct, monumental low prices for high players, different ways to grind coins and all that good stuff?
How do you think FUT16 will be starting from scratch with price ranges?

During mid season in FIFA15 they introduced fixed orice ranges so you could only sell bottom tier players for a max of 5k coins and so on. It killed the coin buying market but lead to players disappearing from the transfer market and destroyed the coin economy. Now everything starts from 0 with these fixed rangesComment

Not really because the game was at the half point of its life and destroyed the economy. However, for future it balances things out. I really don't like the price range because it makes it extremely difficult to earn coins through working the market. We should see a lot more variation in teams thoComment

I would assume top players will still be a ridiculous price for any normal person to get. I mean who is going to sell Messi for 100k the first month or two of the game.... If fixed prices are low you will not see these top players on the market. If EA ups the drop rate of top players they can't get people to buy FIFA points.
No matter what the FUT economy will never lend itself to casual players who either don't buy coins or spend loads of money on FIFA points. Best case is EA selling players as DLC.Comment

This is why I loved myClub on PES last year so much. No stupid transfer market to deal with. Could only buy "spins" (Like opening packs in FUT) and you could land great players that way.
Felt so good to land Ronaldo, Messi, Ribery, etc.Comment
