Re: NBA 2K16 Developer Blog - MyLEAGUE, MyLEAGUE Online, MyGM & More
My plan thus far:
Indiana Pacers to Louisville
OKC to Seattle
LAC to Las Vegas
And I'm thinking Toronto to someplace but haven't decided where.
So so excitedI can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

This looks absolutely fantastic. As a purely offline Association Mode player (err....MyLeague player), this has made my day. Finally, a sports game that will be playable throughout the entire year.
My big question is this - can you edit/alter/customize jerseys and arenas for established teams? Or only for teams that are relocated?
One of my gripes in terms of the immersion of a lengthy MyLeague campaign is that, 5, 10, or even 20 years into it, teams still have the same jerseys and arenas/arena-designs. I don't want to have to move my team constantly just to be able to update their stuff.Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Developer Blog - MyLEAGUE, MyLEAGUE Online, MyGM & More
Regardless of how 23 wants to demonize you for criticizing 2k, I want ago applaud you for speaking up for the online association guys. What happen with online association reminds me a lot of what happend to crew. 5 years ago both modes delivered a great product, then for the next 4 releases they were either completly eliminated or stripped. When you see something you like in an old edition, and the company eliminates the things about that game mode that made it great, you have every right to complain. In fact you have an obligation to make sure that mode returns to the quality it once was.
If it wasn't for the crew guys constantly complaining they would have never gotten an improved version in 2k16. 23 also tried to demonize that vocal minority as well. So keep voicing your concerns, so hopefully in 2k17 you guys recive the real online association you've been asking for.
Today I'm Extremly satisfied, but that doesn't mean that you need to be. I'm mostly an offline association player, so I got what I wanted. Keep fighting the good fight

Knowing what we know with regard to the aforementioned functionality and admin customization; if we can get 2k16 myleague online confirmation for the roster management (lineups, rotations, etc) and coaching gameplans (Playbooks, Practice, POEs, etc) then we will be in business and the rhetoric will subside; because let's face it, the custom roster feature will allow us OA fanatics to replicate a viable offseason manually. If this mode is in any way deserving of its offline equivalents namesake then the coaching and gameplan options are a must.[OS Vets NBA 2K10 Champion]

Re: NBA 2K16 Developer Blog - MyLEAGUE, MyLEAGUE Online, MyGM & More
This post is so full of wrong
First of all they eliminated crew because of the hackers and cheaters and said as much, until they could make it to where that stuff wasn't happening anymore.
Secondly 2k never eliminated the idea, and if you've been here on this site long enough you'd know that but obviously you're too busy standing too high on a wobbly soap box to know
Third they are just complaining and just like people who care about whats actually implemented, people don't wade through a bunch of complaining because you think thats speaking up.
What Lakers24 did was speaking up, and that's why I brought it up in the first place. What he did is a shining example of how to be heard but i've yet to see a thread that well organized and thought out to present a case.
Still waiting on it too. If the execs asked you why should they spend extra money and resources on this in a meeting and all you did was complain, they wouldn't ever invite you back again.
Two I never stated that 2k eliminated the idea, I stated that the game mode didn't exist in the game. Again your point had nothing to do with anything I stated. I've been lerking this site for years and I know more than enough. But by all means act like I haven't been reading this forum for long enough.
I agree that what Lakes24 did was standing up. I read through that whole thread. However, I also feel what the poster in this thread communicated was standing up. Clearly he's still in the initial anger phase, so it's unrealistic to expect his post to be as in depth or cohesive as Lakers24. However, everything he states about online association is accurate, and legitimate. If you can't put aside his anger to realize his central argument, then that's your issue.
And your last statements again is pointless.
Just cause you're a mod, doesn't mean you can make pointless arguments, and actually expect people to respect itComment
