Whats the bug? 2 game freezes

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? owner CFM

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
1st time i clicked answer media question, when to th epage but did not load the question or answers.
2nd time during game 4th quarter, after a play the outline of the playcalling box appeared but no plays and the cut scene in background froze. music was still going
