Whats the bug? Offense during super sim in CFM is broken

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? CFM

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Play as a defensive player in CFM and your teams offense cant move the ball and the QB will constantly run and the offense constantly turns over the ball.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Every time
