Yeah, just dropped in to confirm that Normal this year is S..L..O..W. Really slow. I think they adjusted it due to the new catch maneuvers.

Also, I too play the no-user-catch house rule, have since Madden '10, and your team will drop a ton of passes set on the default 50 HUM catch slider. I believe the devs wanted to force players to choose what type of catch they are using, and if they do not select, the WR has a much greater chance of dropping the ball - just a guess. It's disheartening to all non-user-catch types, though. I did not mess with the catch slider, as I ran out of my 10 hour allotment, so pushing the slider up may fix the problem. I'm anxious to play the retail game tomorrow.
