Abt height. KD was listed as 6'9" when he was a rookie at 19. Surely he grew. Same with a lot of these guys. I'm sure KD is closer to 7ft but they'll never actually listen him as such.

It's kinda naive to think these athletic freaks of nature just stop growing after they're 19/20. But they will never list true heights. Some guys like being listed shorter and some guys like being listed taller. Not that you're gonna be able to tell in a video game. But LeBron is supposed to be 6'8" when he himself said he was 6'9" 250/260 @ one point.

Just some food for thought although it's a null issue for me.

Sidenote/spoiler. did anybody peep the college announcement at the end? The voice actor finally sounds like a regular human.

I have not had goosebumps like that since the 2K14 trailer.


That said, needed more Steph Curry. BUT THAT FLOATER! AND THE ORACLE REACTION!

I atually threw my hands up too. I'm a dork. I DONT CARE!!!

I was actually at Nuggets Game 4 when Curry hit that shot over McGee (and got an and-1). You really captured it this year 2K. You really did.

Has it ever been confirmed whether Kobe was scanned for either 2k or Live? Both games seem to have trouble replicating his face in some form or fashion.

They need to have two options for arm sleeves, one extending all the way down, with no wrist showing, and the one that's already in the game with the wrist showing. Here are examples of players wearing arm sleeves with basically no wrist showing:





Also as mentioned above, some of the shoes did not looked scanned, and looked pretty poorly done, hopefully it was just an old build though, because that one picture of Rose, the shoes looked really well done there.

Exactly. It's just weird to me that 2K prides itself on authenticity and realism yet has everybody rocking too short sleeves. Especially considering that when making the game they stare at endless hours of game footage and pictures of players from all over the league.

I don't see how you couldn't catch the sleeves being inaccurate during that entire process but figured out how to get mouthguards in the game.

Everything else looks great though, it just gets frustrating that clothing/accessories don't get as much love from the devs or OS. There's still more to be revealed, so I'm open to being proven wrong.

I would prefer an actual broadcast team.

As much as people say Madden's broadcast team of Nantz & Simms is "boring", their two voices together still somewhat mirrors the sound of your typical NFL on CBS broadcast, which is boring too And while the competition's game has Breen & Van Gundy, and have significantly less recorded lines, the sound of them together sounds like an NBA on ESPN/ABC broadcast -- BANG!!!!!!


I'm not a big fan of Kevin Harland either (his enthusiasm always sounded too forced for my preferences). But he's not bad, and if you're gonna bring him back, bring in whoever his broadcast partner is in real life. Clark Kellogg to my knowledge doesn't even do NBA games...

I realize that, I wasn't saying Live's commentary was even 'good', it's pretty mediocre/below average.

My point being bring in an actual broadcast team to do the PBP/commentary. It brings authenticity to the sound of the game.
